The System

Warrior X is a training system,  specifically developed to deal with a person’s individual needs.  Body and mind are both trained and challenged to reach your personal goal.  Being aware of your breath will increase the outcome of your training.  Through small, but permanent successful experiences you will reach your goals step by step and be able to keep up your motivation.

MIND

A WARRIOR KNOWS, THAT THE MIND IS HIS MOST POWERFUL TOOL.

Mind power training gives you strength. Visualizing your goals will get you into the right frame of mind.  Regarding the physical level mind power training strengthens the communication between nerve cells and muscle fibres. More muscle fibres in a muscle will be addressed simultaneously, which results in increased performance

BODY

BREATH
